- Yes. An offer on Pepr is a specific plan and an amount. Pepr shows the offer and the answer; whatever two adults then agree about the date is between them, outside the app.
- Can I use Pepr now?
- You can register, choose your community and build your profile. Browsing, offers and messaging start when your community opens — Pepr is forming, not yet open.
- Is registration free during forming?
- Yes. Registering and building a profile is free for everyone, and women never pay for anything. Men buy Credits once communities open, to unlock conversations.
- Does Pepr process Date Offer payments?
- No. Pepr never processes, holds, transfers or guarantees money between members. The only thing Pepr sells is Credits for app features.
- Is Pepr suitable for someone new to generous dating?

- When will my city open?
- There's no fixed date. A community opens when enough reviewed profiles are in place. Registered members hear first.
