Make your first move count.
On Pepr you don't send a line. You make a first-date offer — a real plan, a real amount — and she accepts, counters or passes. Create your profile while your community is forming.
What is Pepr?
A dating app where the first move is a real date. You see reviewed profiles of women in your city, and instead of matching and messaging into the void, you open with an offer: a specific plan and an amount that shows you're serious. She decides. If she accepts, you talk, and you plan the date together.
It rewards intention over volume. One thoughtful offer to one woman beats forty openers nobody reads.
How first-date offers are intended to work
- Choose someone whose profile you've actually read.
- Make an offer: the plan (dinner, a walk and a drink, a show) and an amount.
- She answers: accept, counter, or pass. A counter is an invitation to meet in the middle.
- Unlock the conversation with Credits once she's accepted, and settle the details.
- Show up — on time, as described, as the person in your photos.
All of this begins when your community opens. While it's forming, the job is your profile.
What Credits are for
Pepr Credits are the app's own currency. You buy them from Pepr and spend them on app features — today, unlocking a conversation after an offer is accepted. That's the only thing Pepr charges for.
Credits are not the offer. The amount in your offer is between you and her; Pepr never processes, holds, transfers or guarantees money between members. Pricing for Credits is published in the app when communities open.
What Pepr does not guarantee
- That any offer is accepted, or that any date happens.
- Who anyone is. Photos are reviewed and emails verified; identity verification is planned, not live, and there are no background checks.
- Anything beyond the date. An accepted offer is an agreement to meet for the plan you proposed, and nothing else.
Registering while your city is forming
Choose your community, register with Google, Apple or your email, and build your profile. There's no men's waitlist: men and women register the same way, and the community opens for everyone at once. Members who were ready while it was forming are the first ones anyone sees.
Respect and consent
An offer is a question, and no is a complete answer. Nobody owes you a reply, a counter, a date or anything after one. Pressure, repeat offers after a pass, and anything that treats a date as a transaction for something other than a date will get you removed. Read the Community Guidelinesbefore you register; they're short.
Questions men ask
- What does it cost?
- Registering and building your profile is free. Once your community opens, you'll buy Pepr Credits to unlock a conversation after an offer is accepted. Pricing is published in the app when communities open; there's no subscription.
- Is the offer amount paid through Pepr?
- No. Pepr never processes, holds or transfers anything between members. Your offer tells her the plan and the amount; what the two of you do about it is between you, outside the app. Credits are the only thing you buy from Pepr.
- Is there a waitlist for men?
- No. Men and women register the same way while a community is forming: create your account, choose your city, build your profile. The marketplace opens for everyone at once.
- How many photos do I need?
- At least one, reviewed by a person before it's shown. One honest, recent photo of your face does more than five of anything else.
- What if she counters?
- You accept the counter, make another offer, or let it go. A counter means the plan interested her — it's a conversation, not a rejection.
- Does an accepted offer guarantee a date?
- No. It unlocks a conversation; you both decide whether to meet, and either of you can change your mind. Pepr guarantees nothing about dates, matches or outcomes — it gives you a clear way to ask.
