Why Pepr exists
Swipe apps turned dating into volume: more matches, more chats, fewer dates. Pepr goes the other way. A man opens with a real first-date offer — a plan and an amount — and a woman decides. It states the intention most apps leave unsaid, and it puts the choice where it belongs.
We call it meeting differently. It draws on the first-date-offer model people already know from other platforms, built as a mobile-web app with city-by-city communities so that when a city opens there are real people in it.
What Pepr is, and isn't
- A dating app for adults, 18 and over, in the United States.
- Free to register and free for women. Men buy Pepr Credits to use app features once a community opens.
- Not a payment service: Pepr never handles money between members. An offer is an invitation to a date, and what two adults agree about it is theirs.
- Not an employer, an agency or a source of income. Nobody is paid by Pepr to date.
- Not affiliated with any other dating platform.
